By-Laws

This is a public meeting.
A majority of the voting Trustees shall constitute a quorum for purposes of transacting business.
Meetings shall start promptly; therefore, if a quorum is not present by one-quarter hour past the announced start time, the meeting is immediately adjourned and shall be rescheduled as appropriate.

The Renaissance Charter School YouTube channel is currently processing the Zoom recordings of prior meetings. While we process these videos, please email Anahi Rafael at anahirafael@rencharter2.org if you would like to request a specific meeting recording that is not currently posted.
