The annual trips enjoyed by the students indelibly link to their academic coursework
  • K-3: Various day trips: apple picking, zoo, Alley Pond Nature Center
  • 4th-6th: Nature’s Classroom in Silver Bay, NY (1 week every May)
  • 7th-8th: Spring Trip – Camp Quinipet in Long Island (www.quinipet.org)3 days every May
  • HS: Lobby Day – Albany, NY
  • HS: College Day at Hofstra University
  • Senior Trip: Poconos, PA

Special Trips

  • April, 2019: Dominican Republic, visiting Santo Domingo, Santiago and Puerto Plata, taking in the landmarks, monuments, park and caves, the folk-lore and history of this island country.
  • April, 2018: Spain, an interdisciplinary trip to Barcelona, Madrid and Sevilla to explore the history, culture and cuisine of Spain.
  • April, 2017: Costa Rica, an educational based trip to submerge students in the history, culture, customs, cuisine, and wildlife conservation efforts.
  • April, 2016: New Orleans, a follow-up to Post-Katrina services, as well as historical reference for the Black Lives Matter Practicum.

  • April, 2009: Project Maya trip to Yucatan: Project Maya
