As stated in our By-Laws:

  • A majority of the voting Trustees shall constitute a quorum for purposes of transacting business.
  • Meetings shall start promptly; therefore if a quorum is not present by one-quarter hour past the announced start time, then the meeting is immediately adjourned and shall be rescheduled as appropriate.
